• Applying to the IDEA Step-Up Program is a competitive process. Applying to the Program does not guarantee you a placement in the Program nor the receipt of any resources offered by the program.
• Not all participants accepted into the Program will ultimately receive funding or any other resources offered by the Program.
• Prior to applying for the Expense Coverage Grant(s), participants may be required to participate in scheduled training, mentoring, and/or information sessions.
• The Program Application will require you to provide information about your business such as the business description, target market, competition, marketing/promotions, financial performance/projections, and other similar information. It is important to have this information ready before completing your Program Application
• The Program Application will be used to evaluate your candidacy for participation in the Program. Your Program Application must be complete.
• Be advised that if accepted under the Program for the Expense Coverage Grant, the selected applicants will then be required to enter into a separate grant agreement with the City at that time, on such terms as determined by the City.
• Please read each question carefully and respond to each required question indicated by an asterisk (*).
• Only complete Program Applications will be considered for acceptance into the Program. Incomplete Program Applications will not be considered. Successful candidates will be notified.
