Meet the Judges:

• Raymond Wali, Founder, Mango Moose

Raymond starts companies. It is what he loves to do. He is your quintessential Entrepreneur, who launched his first business (CarWraps.ca) at the age of 21. His passion for startups and business model innovation has led to the successful launch of a series of new products, brands and ventures.

• Alicia Neposlan, Business Centre Manager, Entrepreneurship Centre, BDC, The Business Development Bank of Canada

Alicia Neposlan graduated from the MBA program at the University of Windsor after completing a co-op position at the BDC, the Business Development Bank of Canada. Following graduation, she joined BDC full-time as an Account Manager in Mississauga. After almost three years, Alicia was promoted to Senior Account Manager, Automotive Industry Strategy team at BDC, with a focus on working with advanced manufacturing clients across Ontario.

Alicia then re-joined the Entrepreneurship Centre as Manager with a team of 8 Account Managers, who work closely with Small and Medium sized businesses across the GTA West region. Personally, she enjoys travel, music, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

• Kevin Fernandes, Partner, Corporate/Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions, KMB Law

Kevin’s practice includes purchase and sale (asset and share) transactions, corporate matters, professional client corporate services, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations. After earning both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Queen’s University, Kevin earned his Juris Doctor with a specialization in Business Law at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.
