The City of Mississauga’s Mississauga Business Entrepreneur Centre (MBEC) has launched a Business Advisory Services program. This program will provide support to local small business owners and future entrepreneurs in Mississauga.

The program will provide eligible Mississauga-based businesses and/or future entrepreneurs with a free 60-minute virtual business consultation meeting with an assigned business professional consultant based on the business owner/entrepreneur’s primary business needs.

I am requesting consideration for the City of Mississauga’s Business Advisory Services Program delivered through its Mississauga Business Entrepreneur Centre. I understand that any information disclosed to staff of the City of Mississauga and Consultant(s) will be held in strict confidence. I authorize the City of Mississauga to furnish relevant information to the assigned business consultant(s). I waive all claims against the City of Mississauga personnel, partners, and that of its Consultants arising from the support provided by the city of Mississauga’s Business Advisory Services Program. I acknowledge and agree that the City determines the eligibility and suitability of each client based on the Program’s eligibility requirements and local criteria developed by the City, at its sole discretion. The City shall not be liable for any expense, cost, loss or damage incurred or suffered by any client or any of the client’s partners, employees, representatives, agencies, consultants or any other person connected with any one of them, as a result of any action or inaction by the City and its partners, consultants with respect to this Program. The City reserves the right to cancel or modify the Business Advisory Services Program, at its sole discretion.

Notice of Collection: The personal information on this client intake form is collected under the authority of section 108 of the Municipal Act, 2001 and the agreement between the City and the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade with respect to the Program. Your personal information will be used for the processing and administration of the City of Mississauga’s Business Advisory Services program. The Ministry will have access to the records containing your personal information pertaining to the Program.
