All Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria, to become a member of IDEA Square One Entrepreneurship Hub, providing proof to the City upon request:

• The business founder must be at least 18 years of age. 
• The business must be incorporated. 
• The founder must have developed an innovative product or service that addresses a specific problem. 
• The business must be based in Mississauga or have plans to expand in Mississauga. 
• The founder must be the designated representative acting on behalf of the corporation. 
• The business cannot be a franchise, franchisee, or commission-based model. 
• The founder must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
