IDEA Square One Space Rental Application
Thank you for your interest in renting space at IDEA Square One. IDEA Square One, Mississauga’s entrepreneurship hub offers programs and services to start-ups, scale-ups, corporate leaders, and investors to collaborate and grow together. We cater to space rental requests for our boardrooms and event space that serve a business-centric and professional purpose. Explore the spaces available for rent at IDEA Square One!
Small Boardrooms
- Available Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm
IDEA Square One offers two small boardrooms: the Applewood & Clarkson Boardrooms. Both spaces can seat up to 6 people.
Tech Capabilities:
- 1 TV Screen with camera (via HDMI/USB Connection)
- Boardroom Fees Start at $50/hr + HST
Large Boardroom
- Available Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm
IDEA Square One offers one large boardroom, the Creditview Boardroom which seats up to 10 people.
Tech Capabilities:
- 1 TV Screen with camera (via HDMI/USB Connection)
- Boardroom Fees Start at $75/hr + HST
Event Space
- Available Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 8:00pm
Depending on the orientation and layout, the space can accommodate:
• Theatre Style – 50 Attendees
• Classroom Seating – 16 Attendees
• U-Shape/Conference Style – 24 Attendees
• Standing – 100 Attendees
- Event Space Fees Start at $150/hr + HST
Policies
- Organizers must be 18 years of age or older.
- Serving alcohol is not permitted.
- Access to the facility is only permitted during the approved rental hours, please include set up and take-down time in your space rental request.
- Paid events must be organized and managed directly by organization requesting the space.
- In-house catering is not available; catering must be organized by organization requesting the space.
- Event Space requests require minimum ten (10) business days advance notice.
- Boardroom space requests require minimum three (3) business days advance notice.
- Cancellations of all spaces booked require a minimum of five (5) business days advance notice.
- All spaces are subject to availability.

- Thoroughly review the code of conduct here.
