Plan Your Visit with a Day Pass
Interested in experiencing IDEA Square One for the day? Our Day Pass at $25 provides general access from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM – the perfect setting to work, collaborate, and explore what we have to offer.
Fill out the form below to request your day pass. We will endeavour to respond to your inquiry within two business days.
Please note, our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Calls or emails received after hours, weekends and holidays will be reviewed the next business day.
Please note: Maximum of 2 Day Pass product purchases per company per month.
- Visitors must be 18 years of age or older.
- Access to the facility is only permitted from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Provides access to the common co-working areas and kitchen space.
- Boardrooms and private spaces are not included.
- All spaces are subject to availability.
- Minimum 2 business days’ notice is required to request Day Pass.
- Maximum of 2 Day Pass product purchases per company per month.
- Code of Conduct must be adhered to and honored.

To proceed with requesting a day pass, we ask that you please complete the below steps:
